I have made an order for two wakeboard packages on buywake.eu. Both of the wakeboards were wrong!
In one case they have replaced cable board with a boat board, which is 80 EUR cheaper and not suitable for my needs. For other wakeboard they have sent a wrong sizing (142 cm instead of 134 cm). Now I have two boards on my hands none of which was as intended.
I have contacted the support and awaiting for their response. Would update the feedback based on the process of handling the situation. Overall extremely surprised to get both items wrong.
