The delivery side and after-sales service needs some work:
1. You need to be clearer about postage. The checkout page clearly suggests the delivery is by DPD, who ensure a 2-3 day delivery across Europe. Instead, the parcel was sent by GLS who took 10 days.
2. The major flaw here was that the address supplied to GLS was clearly not sufficient, and it got stuck in the regional centre for 3 days. It would have taken 2 seconds to check the address was right, as what was provided by me was clearly not what was supplied to GLS and there was obviously going to be a problem.
3. I had to personally chase up with GLS Netherlands and GLS France to ensure my package got delivered in time. In the end it didn't, which was very frustrating, and I have to find other means to get it sent to another location.
4. I sent you an email about 5 days after placing the order, asking where my package was, which I have yet to receive a response to. Now there is no point in responding at all.
I have to admit, I am surprised and frankly pretty disappointed. However, I recognise that this may not be reflective of your regular service.
