I'm currently having a bad experience: i made my order on may 9th and the first parcel took 2 weeks to arrive after several problems with gls that pretended to have the wrong address. when it finally arrived the vest i ordered was wrong. after 3 weeks i'm waiting for my second parcel and the right vest which was sent 4 days ago and apparently it's still in belgium (but i learnt that information on gls website are not accurate). hope to receive my parcel soon since i paid immediately everything.

change your logistic partner. it's definitely not reliable. offer a better customer service when you made a mistake in your shipments (i.e. discounts or express delivery for the right one).
