Fast delivery and great customer service
Strengths
I had a problem with the first product I received. Getting a response from their customer service dept took a day or two, but the the issue was resolved quickly and to my full satisfaction.
Improvements or suggestions
For contacts of the customer service dept. please confirm receipt of the message with a time frame in which to receive a response. In my case the final issue resolution was great, but a simple “thanks for your message, we’ll get back to you within 2 business days” would still have improved the process/waiting period until getting a response.
