I stopped ordering Bivolino shirts because of Brexit, I did not want to order and be faced with customs hassle.
But they have a great product so I got advice from customer service,...I stopped ordering Bivolino shirts because of Brexit, I did not want to order and be faced with customs hassle.
But they have a great product so I got advice from customer service, ordered within guidelines which they thought would work, lets face post Brexit customs can be random. And I wanted to order to within a £ or so of the limit.
In the end it all smoothy. I am now the happy owner of 2 new shirts. Just need to replace a few more.

I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the shirts and the consistency of cut, but with my latest order, they went above and beyond....I’ve ordered Bivolino shirts for the past 10 years or so. I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the shirts and the consistency of cut, but with my latest order, they went above and beyond. I carelessly managed to tear one of the shirts on first wear. When I let Bivolino know (to ask about repair), they immediately offered to provide a replacement shirt at no extra cost. This was exemplary customer service and, given the damage was my fault, totally above and beyond. Thank you to Michel and the team - you have a loyal customer in me for many shirts to come!
