In the complaint handling process, I was openly welcomed at Buyski‘s warehouse, welcomed by informed and very friendly staff and had a chance to see the clean and well organized warehouse. A good sign of a well organized warehouse is always when all lightbulbs are working - which certainly was the case during my visit!
