Shipping cost to switzerland are misleading, it is stated that 'customs is included', but what they mean is only export, import duties are on the customer. This to me is not understandable given the high requested shipping costs of 50+ euro.
On side note, during first delivery the customs document got lost, it was returned to sender and shipment had to start from scratch. Maybe not direct fault of the shop, but of the chosen logistics company.
