Ordering process is straightforward, submitting a return is a but more difficult though. Customer service reps are friendly and helpful.

You can only submit a return when you have an account on the website. If you've placed an order without logging in you only get the option to create an account but there's no option to link the... It would be nice to either have that option or to be able to submit a return without having to create an account.

Shipping cost to switzerland are misleading, it is stated that 'customs is included', but what they mean is only export, import duties are on the customer. This to me is not understandable given the... This to me is not understandable given the high requested shipping costs of 50+ euro.

On side note, during first delivery the customs document got lost, it was returned to sender and shipment had to start from scratch. Maybe not direct fault of the shop, but of the chosen logistics company.

Horrible experience getting the board shipped to me. They left it at a business down the street and claimed it was my house
