'- First interaction: I bought one wakeboard from buystores.eu in October 2018. It got delivered in 48hours.
- Second iteration: After this wakeboard broke in September 2019, I contacted...
'- First interaction: I bought one wakeboard from buystores.eu in October 2018. It got delivered in 48hours.
- Second iteration: After this wakeboard broke in September 2019, I contacted buystores.eu customer service for warranty, and I very quickly obtained a discount code for a new board.
- Third interaction: I bought a new board right away on buystores.eu. It took a week to be delivered, with a lack of visibility regarding the delivery itself with your transporter, GLS. Little visibility on their website ("track & trace" information irrelevant), and very poor communication with them (since I had to contact them myself to organize the delivery).

Strengths

'- Good Customer Service: very easy communication, very reactive, very efficient. Top!
- A lot of choice across brands, and available much sooner than other websites

'- Change your transporter: GLS (at least in France) sucks. Poor visibility, very unclear communication.
- Propose deliveries to relay point (in France). I travel a lot, and am not able to...

- Propose deliveries to relay point (in France). I travel a lot, and am not able to attend a specific delivery address all the time, especially when the delivery day/time is so variable and poorly communicated.
- Put your prices down! You'll make a killing :-)
- Remove payment charges on common means of payment: very unpleasant to discover it at the end of an order in this day & age, especially since your competitors don't do it.
- Improve your product description by providing more than the official description coming from the brand: put your touch, clarify some points not clear in the description (flex, etc.)
- Propose incentives (discounts) to customers providing product reviews: not enough product reviews!

1. You need to be clearer about postage. The checkout page clearly suggests the delivery is by DPD, who ensure a 2-3 day...

1. You need to be clearer about postage. The checkout page clearly suggests the delivery is by DPD, who ensure a 2-3 day delivery across Europe. Instead, the parcel was sent by GLS who took 10 days.
2. The major flaw here was that the address supplied to GLS was clearly not sufficient, and it got stuck in the regional centre for 3 days. It would have taken 2 seconds to check the address was right, as what was provided by me was clearly not what was supplied to GLS and there was obviously going to be a problem.
3. I had to personally chase up with GLS Netherlands and GLS France to ensure my package got delivered in time. In the end it didn't, which was very frustrating, and I have to find other means to get it sent to another location.
4. I sent you an email about 5 days after placing the order, asking where my package was, which I have yet to receive a response to. Now there is no point in responding at all.

I have to admit, I am surprised and frankly pretty disappointed. However, I recognise that this may not be reflective of your regular service.
