We are sorry that you rate us 1/10 as we try our utmost best to provide good customer service. We informed you we will pay back the purchase amount AND we will refund the costs made for shipping back the cap. We are unable to provide a return label, but make sure you make no extra costs. We are not quite sure what more we can do.
We are looking forward to receiving the cap and closing this situation accordingly.
