I have seen that your shipment has not been delivered. It got lost at DHL. We regret this situation and understand that it is very annoying for you. We have started an investigation at DHL with the hope that this will yield something positive. Unfortunately, that shipment has been lost and we have refunded the purchase price.
We also offered you a new shipment, but you preferred a refund, which we did.
