Jeg købte et par meget lækre sko, som desværre var for små. Det var nemt at returnere. MEN herefter fik jeg en mail om at jeg havde en kreditnota. Jeg skulle logge ind for at se den, men jeg havde... Jeg købte et par meget lækre sko, som desværre var for små. Det var nemt at returnere. MEN herefter fik jeg en mail om at jeg havde en kreditnota. Jeg skulle logge ind for at se den, men jeg havde ikke oprettet en konto, så jeg kunne ikke logge ind.
Herefter ringede jeg til det danske servicekundenummer som blev besvaret på engelsk og herefter på hollandsk og hvor jeg ikke kunne komme videre.
Jeg håber at få mine penge retur.
Det er dumt at gøre det så besværligt. Jeg handler ikke her igen..
