You called us because you couldn't locate the package, but when you arrived home it was delivered there after all. In the mean time we had set up an investigation and due to a misunderstanding the GLS delivery guy went back to your place and unfortunately he misbehaved towards you. Our sincere apologize for that. We filed a complaint with GLS!
In our opinion we did everything correctly and we are sorry to see you disagree.
Hopefully it will work out better the next time.
