I have order a clear blue model. I have sent an email requesting that particular colour as soon as I could see the colour was not mentioned on my confirmation order -prior my order was shipped to me-. I got a reply statin that the colour shipped to me was a different colour but once i got the shoe a solution was provided to me. I have written 4 emails asking for a satisfactory solution but nobody have answered me after 2 weeks.
