We are very sorry there are issues with the delivery of your order. We have used the address details that were given by you when you placed the order. Afterwards we received your phone call in which you mentioned the street name is incorrect.
We are currently in contact with GLS/Parcelforce to make sure that the order will be delivered at the right place, but this takes some time. Unfortunately we cannot work miracles, but we do our best to get as close as possible!
