Poor, was over charged on purchase. Then Trainers turned up with red stains. Customer services told me too busy to engage with me. I found trainers on other sites £12 to £18 cheaper. Will never shop with you again - I did get £18 back in the end but I was never taken seriously, and felt they could have done more with refund. Wouldnt mind the trainers I purchased were £150 so a lot of money - but then customer services should be good no matter what price. Be interesting to see if this feedback is picked up on...

Get the customer services better. To be told "we are busy" when you have been over charged is pretty poor - Ive never clicked on a price to buy then seen the amount taken was higher. Excuse used was was Euro conversion, but I didnt even know company was in another country as wasnt clear. I was also told to keep the communication to one channel when the only reason I contact you on Facebook was because my emails were being ignored!!
