We have given your order to DHL on time and I have seen that the shipment delayed with the delivery. Our sincere apologies for that. I fully understand that this is very annoying. I've checked our emails but I didn't find any email exchanges. If you suspect that the shoes have been used, I would like to ask you to contact customer service about this. Please also send photos so that we can view and assess this. This should have happened immediately after receiving the shipment. We are always happy to help our customers.
