Excellent company. Charles was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my emails. I had been looking for a rectangle fireback for a very long time and almost gave up. Then I found this company on Houzz and emailed Charles. He said he had just listed one in my size, 23" x 30". Ordered it Tuesday and it arrived Friday in perfect condition. ($212 shipping, 115 pounds, 5,440 miles to California) I'm so happy with my fireback, a 20th century reproduction of Cupid.

Improvements or suggestions
My only suggestion is to notify your credit card company before placing an order. My CC company denied the charge until I called them to find out why it wouldn't go through. Silly me, I had never ordered anything out of the country before.
