Ordering was incredibly easy over the internet and the item arrived within 3 days and was more beautiful than pictured.

Improvements or suggestions
The packaging around the fireback was quite torn up and despite all the bubblewrap one corner was slightly exposed. Luckily the item was not damaged but the wrap around the corners could have used a little extra padding.
