Strengths
Very good range of curated stock. All information I needed was presented on the website and the delivery speed was impressive. The website was fuss free, the process was seamless from finding to ordering and delivery. Very happy with the items we ordered.
Improvements or suggestions
The site didn't instil me with the confidence to hand over my card details at first. I had to have a good look around and read a bit before I felt comfortable. The site feels a bit too 'off-the-shelf' when one considers the quality and individual nature of the items on offer. Ultimately looking back at the site now I wouldn't have an issue and I love the sites simplicity. But perhaps the first impression could be softened and not so faceless.
