Very professional and excellent communication with the process of figuring out what you want answering any questions you many have. Was unsure of the size I would require as well as ideas on how it would be hung and they were very hel[ful with any questions posed to them. Was very pleased.
Strengths
Able to get quick responses to questions. Fireback came as described and quickly.
Improvements or suggestions
I can't think of anything. Wish we lived closer as shipping is a lot but the Fireback is heavy and coming a long way so its to be expected.
