Strengths
I had trouble initially paying on the web site, so I rang up and spoke to the owner, who could not have been more helpful.
I explained that the products were for a birthday present for my son in the glens of Scotland. They were delivered in two days from Holland. I was more than impressed and wish other web sites could be so efficient.
