Excellent throughout - good website, easy selection and payment, followed by immediate shipping and rapid delivery.
Strengths
Antique Firebacks seems always to have exactly what one wants (good selection), from the initial purchase (a while ago) of a fireback, grate and fire-dogs, to my more recent selection and purchase of wall-mounting brackets for the fireback; and the delivery process is immediate (with the order confirmation, then the shipping advice then, well within the chosen timescale for transport and delivery, the arrival of the items).
Improvements or suggestions
I really cannot think of any, beyond saying: "Please maintain your already-high standards"!
