Very personal and responsive service
Strengths
Excellent selection of firebacks and extremely personalized service. Charles gave great advice, responded within 24 hours to all of my requests via email, and made it easy for me to complete the transaction even though I am overseas.
Improvements or suggestions
Firebacks could be easier to filter and sort, also could have better viewing of pictures.
