Excellent!! I received what I ordered in a timely manner. I thought it would take weeks to get here but it arrived in a few days--perfect as it was a gift. It is beautiful and we love it. There were no surprises--the fireback was as pictured and no defects. When my credit card failed because of the overseas transaction I was called directly and he helped me fix the problem. I am very impressed by service and product!
Strengths
Fast delivery for something so heavy (fireback). Product is as seen in pictures. Love the descriptions.
Improvements or suggestions
The only thing I can possibly think of is to have a copy of the description (the one that tells the story about the image on the fireback) sent with the fireback, but really not a big deal.
