Excellent. They have a great selection of firebacks. The ordering process was easy, the product shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition.
Strengths
Their website is great. Lots of information and a lot of flexibility to filter on the items, which simplified our ability to review items that would work for us.
Improvements or suggestions
Only one…it would have been great to also filter firebacks on weight. We are using it over our stove so weight was a big factor.
