We had a great experience. We ordered the fire plate on a Sunday and I received an email on Monday letting me know it was a local holiday but that my order would be shipped on Tuesday. The following day, I was notified that my order would be delivered on Thursday which, of course, it was! The package was wrapped very well. I would order through this company again most definitely.
