Dpd the carrier did not sent me any information about shipping status. I needed to view the track and trace link you provided and in that link it was simply displayed that the package was not succesfully delivered at my adress. Then I just tried in different ways to find out where the package were stored. So I took the package ID number and used it with Post Nord (Danish carrier) and then their search engine informed me that the package was stored at my local postal office. Really bad service from dpd.

We are very sorry to hear that DPD failed to inform you correctly and you had to bend over backwards to find out where your package was located.
We have filed a complaint with our logistic partner. Unfortunately we can't do more than that.
Maybe you can choose DHL as courier the next time instead of DPD. That experience might be better.
