After making a mistake while ordering the customer service reacted really fast and the shippment and the product has been shipped quickly

- On the orders page the spereate items should be clickable and linked to the product page (so you can get to the descriptions of ordered items easier)
- When registering as a new user don't send the password out in clear text. Besides that being a security issue in itself, that doesn't make me feel that you handle the password securely in the backend as well...
- And maybe there is a way to make the difference between shipping and billing adress more obvious. I forgot about the billing address when I ordered the first time.

We don’t exactly understand what you mean. On the product overview pages all the products are clickable and also in de cart. Could you specify it for us and maybe with screenshots? You can send us an e-mail to info@antratek.com.

Password in e-mail
We have solved this a few days ago but please don’t worry about security. It’s only visible in your e-mail and not in the backend for me or my colleagues. Besides we use secure connections and Magento uses encryptions for the passwords. We even passed the ForusP Secure test a few weeks ago for our BeCommerce certificate.

Difference between shipping and billing address
That is a good point and we will take a look at it. Do you mean in the account section or at checkout?
