I'm very dissapointed by your service, I needed a component I bought for you urgently, but GLS delivered to the wrong person and they have not given me more information about my package... very bad service.
Strengths
Suggestion: do not use GLS, it's the worst shipping provider ever, use DHL instead.

We have contacted GLS this morning and passed on the correct house number and apartment number.
Unfortunately we were not aware of the problems they were having with the delivery of your package. The first we heard of the problem was when you contacted us on the 8th of March.
We are currently working on a change of delivery service. We expect to realise this within the next couple of months.
