This was the 2nd time I used them - last year for a transatlantic move, this time within the same city. Communication was poor. I called on a Monday and spoke with Bob, asked for a quote. Did not hear anything by Friday, so I called back and was told someone would send me a new quote asap. Waited another 24 hours. Got a quote, I signed the agreement and thought it was ok. When I got the bill, it was for 70 euros more than originally expected, so I asked for a clarification. VERY rude responses from Pieter Klaakman, and miscommunication from office. In the end, however, they did arrive on time, the two guys who did the packing and moving were professional and reliable, and did everything quickly and with no problems.
