Below the expectation. Visit and inspection went well and was peofessionaly done. But on day of move the staff was not aware of what had been discussed and agreed on inspection day (some belongings to the landlord that were mixed with ours and hence were not to be packed - we were told red stickers would be brought so we could affix those, but there were no red stickers and accidentaly the staff packed items from the owner which were charged by the owner on the check out). Also although we clearly stated we did not want to have rooms packed in same boxes, there were kids clothes packed with adults, shoes and decoration together, etc. We only realized that upon unpacking - and this is a nightmare when you have boxes spread by room and have to re-arrange items that were not belonging together. There were more breakables than we had in our international move. But staff was friendly and also aftersales was very positive and helpful.
