The pick up date was wrongly stated and that forced me to request support from family members to come on site on very short notice as I wasn't on site. The original date given was the 19th but on the 19th, I was told it that it would be on the 20th. I wasn't prepared nor organised, resulting in the having nobody on site for supervising the loading. Fortunately a family member drove to the pick up location and offered support. I commercial move from Atlas would have been appreciated for the inconvenience cause...
