The experience was overall very good. The only thing I would say is that I had an extensive conversation by videocall to evaluate what things would be transported (in order to propose a budget) and on the day they came, they had no idea what sort of things they were coming to pack. It seemed like the information did not get through. But other than that, everything was well packed and everybody involved was very friendly and polite.
