It was an overall fine experience. Communication was not always the best, as our account was passed from one employee (who left) to another, which resulted in some information being lost. Updates on expected pick-up and delivery times were not provided in a timely fashion. For example, we were contacted 45 minutes prior to our goods arriving at the destination when it was explicitly stated we would be told a day prior. This was not ultimately a problem, but it created unnecessary concern. The moving-out and moving-in services (i.e., the movers) and communication with Natalie Rees, who certainly helped resolve some issues, were excellent. Ms. Rees should be commended specifically for proper service. One item was damaged/broken (a lamp).

There was one decisively negative experience that warrants mentioning. With the local partner in Vienna (Geschwandtner), we contracted painting services for two rooms that needed to be painted white upon moving out. The agreement was to complete the job by December 31, 2023. The job, however, was not completed by then. Furthermore, representatives for Geschwandtner did not take full responsibility for the incomplete job; they made excuses and did not communicate the problem(s) effectively. I would not advise using their services to a friend or colleague.
