The experience has been very smooth and professional since day 1. The crews came in on time and packed our stuff very diligently. the only problem we faced was the scheduling of pick up day. We had a very specific week in which we actually wanted our stuff to be picked, but it was not possible to fix until very late in the process, and we had to stay 2 extra weeks in temporary living because the only availabilities were 2 weeks before our desired date. My advice would be to optimize to system so that the actual availabilities are known beforehand so customers can decide and plan accordingly. Other than that, Charles, Christine, and all the folks who helped us move were amazingly responsive.
