First shirt was very good quality and I was very pleased but asked how to shorten the sleeve for next time as this was just a tad too long but ok. Much to my surprise a new shirt was delivered today totally free with the shorter sleeve. Thats what I call customer service. Already ordered another shirt and I will be back and back.
Strengths
Quality of Material, and manufacturer is excellent via an easy to use design website. Delivery is short for a made to measure service and after care customer service is fast and as customer service should be.
Improvements or suggestions
It would be difficult to suggest any improvements. Only one would be to include some quality bones for the collar as those supplied are too thin.
