I’ve ordered Bivolino shirts for the past 10 years or so. I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the shirts and the consistency of cut, but with my latest order, they went above and beyond. I carelessly managed to tear one of the shirts on first wear. When I let Bivolino know (to ask about repair), they immediately offered to provide a replacement shirt at no extra cost. This was exemplary customer service and, given the damage was my fault, totally above and beyond. Thank you to Michel and the team - you have a loyal customer in me for many shirts to come!
