I haven't received the parcel, the transport co contacted me and they asked for and address to deliver the parcel if I was not at home, I gave them and they adduced that that was not on my same street, they had my address wrong but after checking in the message they have send me the address was correct.they informed me that I will receive the parcel today august 27th, I've been all day waiting and they don't even pick the telephone to inform if the parcel is in delivery (if a look in the web it says it isn't in delivery .
I understand it's August, but more than 20 days to deliver a parcel without explanation has no logic.
