Graham Mander our sales rep is very fantastic- very helpful, your products area fantastic, but deliveries system not great- huge arctic arriving a day early recently without any advance notice with no tail lift that had been requested. Other products did not arrive in December last year as planned - 2 weeks late for a commercial project- again no notifications.
Too many complicated email notifications- too any different emails- all with different email addresses from ordering through to delivery - it is very hard to follow your system! There seems a real lack of communication at the very end which is what we need for deliveries on site or to our depot. If we can't be assured of delivery when promised this is not great.
Ordering system and customer service is great, expertise and advice fantastic, website system great, your delivery system is failing us.
