SHOCKING! Be warned! There is a problem with the website. You add an arrangement to your shopping cart having made sure that you have the correct arranger. You then go to checkout - at this point It then gives you the option of changing the voicing - great, maybe the arranger, which you have been very careful to select, has different voicing options. It FAILS to tell you that what this ACTUALLY DOES does is REMOVES what you have put in the shopping cart and replaces it with some other arrangers version - WITHOUT WARNING!
Having pointed this out to ChorusOnLine they refuse to accept that this is a flaw in the website and will not issue a refund or the arrangement that I put in the shopping cart! Very poor service

What you put in your basket and pay for... is what you receive.
Why should we deliver other arrangements , that is not in the benefit for the customer and ChorusOnline.
