Improvements or suggestions
There was a time span between paying and reveiving the pdf of about an hour and I was insecure whether the order had been successful. It's not a Problem now but I didn't know if I would receive the file at all because normally online portals react within seconds or minutes. I wrote a mail but didn't get any answer from service address.
