I've been singing a couple of ChorusOnlines arrangements for a while now. The midi files are very clear, leaving very little room for discussion, which in a big choir is a big plus. What I like about CO, is that you instantly get your order emailed, a big plus in an impatient world.
Strengths
The value for money is great. Especially for smaller choirs, these professional arrangements are very affordable.
Improvements or suggestions
I noticed you're starting to provide vocal tracks with some songs. I hope this won't lead to higher prices in the long run as recording these can be costly. Bad vocal tracks can get very confusing for amateur choirs, next to the fact that some people at times straight up dislike listening to certain singers. So if you're going to provide them, make sure they're done properly.
