Easy to order, prompt delivery and good service.
Strengths
The payment process seems unnecessarily drawn out. I'd much prefer to pay on purchase or immediately get paypal option for payment. The website doesn't make it clearly obvious what the payment process is - i had to search for it. Also, option given for delivery a bit confusing - i was under the impression that they'd be delivered on the monday but in fact they weren't printed til that day.
