Strengths
It was not completely clear as to which point I should actually pay for my copying, buy once the invoice arrived I did a bacs transfer straight away and my copies arrived soon after.
I assumed my copies were coming from Worcester so it was strange seeing a parcel arrive from NL but this didn't really matter.
