On "Calculate order" page it is very confusing when asked to enter the number of pages;
to order a monthly calendar with a cover making 13 pages in all it is not possible to insert "13"; the site will only allow 10 or 12. After uploading 13 files the order confirmation states one cover and 11 inner. This is why the e-mail querying the situation was sent. We made the same observation last year but it has not been acted upon. This explains the "reasonable" rating for "after-sales" below.
