Very satisfactory and a good end result particularly as when in the past when on a big print run I would pass a proof, clearly with a very small job like mine - a 36 page with a 4 colour cover - this would not be possible so it was a bit of a shot in the dark so very relieved upon receipt to find such a good result. The only slight problem, and one that I could not find an answer to on your site, was that the text that I was trying to download was to large - I think about 7 kb but this was resolved after a telephone call with your technical department by sending the file to you via wetransfer.
In the event you found Copyshop UK with the help of Google, what search key words did you use?
I did find you on Google but I cannot remember what route - sorry! Re your after sales question I do not recall any communication but as I am 76 the grey matter may not have been working.
