I have ordered wire-o booklets 3 time’s from copysbop. The second time there was a problem with the printing so I was offered a 10% discount with the next print. Having just received the third order there is once again a problem with the order. The front cover is paper rather than card, there are no plastic pockets as specified in previous orders and there are ink smudges. All of this has been communicated to the company but I haven’t had any response.
Having today received an email offering everyone a 35% discount I’m not feeling a valued customer at all. It’s a shame as I was so hopeful after my first order which was handled so well.
Strengths
When a quick turn around is requested it has mostly been accommodated.

Better communication. Get orders correct.
