First time I have used this company. Delivery was prompt (from overseas) although I thought the item was packed in a box much larger than it needed to be, making me wonder whether this cost me extra in postage. The product itself looks fine (it is for a present). The reason I did not respond to the initial request for feedback was because I had not yet received the product.

Prompt delivery, kept me informed. Good products with huge range to choose from
Improvements or suggestions
Perhaps packaging more appropriate to size of goods, don't send out request for feedback so quickly.
