It has been dissapointment with my last purchase. The bike arrived with missing parts/ faulty order. I have got no updates regarding the issue and solution ever since I first contacted customer service, it's been 9 days. It's not looking promising.

Aftersale and account service. I am still waiting for solution with faulty item delivered. No contact since first email response stating that they will get to me ASAP. It's been 9 days after that email, no updates yet.
No option with order information after order has been placed, no updates regarding delivery progress.
I started to doubt that I am going to use hollandbike shop ever more...
